Terms & Conditions

- We may suspend or cancel your partnership if we determine that your referral is against our general rules.
- Restock reserves the right to terminate this Partnership and your participation in the Affiliate Program immediately and without notice to you should you commit fraud in your use of the Restock Affiliate Program or should you abuse this program in any way. If such fraud or abuse is detected, Restock shall not be liable to you for any commissions for such fraudulent sales.
- Restock will not pay for installation rewards if the referral is not successful or it is not on an acceptable Shopify stores.
What are the acceptable Shopify stores?
Acceptable Shopify stores are the ones that are built on Shopify and meet at least 2 of these criteria:
- Store must be active for minimum of 6 months and have a Shopify plan
- The Shopify plan for the store must be Basic or higher
- Store must have at least 10 products and 2 Out of stock products
- Store must have at least $500 in revenue in the last quarter
Termination
Either you or we may end this Partnership AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice can be in the form of email.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Partnership at any time at our sole discretion. In such an event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and Restock Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this Partnership. Your continued participation in Restock Affiliate Program following the posting of the change notice or new Partnership on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.
Payment
In the Restock partnership program, all cash-outs are available on the 24th of every month through PayPal. Also, all Restock payouts are available 30 days after the transaction has been completed. The minimum amount an affiliate needs to reach in earnings, so they can ask for withdrawing their balance is 100$.
